SolidCAM UK is to demonstrate the complete innovative power of SolidCAM and iMachining at MACH 2018, with Live Cutting.
The countdown has begun, with only weeks to go until MACH 2018! The UK’s premier event for engineering-based manufacturing technologies, will take place from 9th to 13th April 2018 at the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) based in Birmingham. The event, organised by the Manufacturing Technologies Association (MTA), brings together all the best innovations and latest developments within the manufacturing technologies sectors. MTA promises an even bigger event this year, than that of MACH 2016 which experienced a sell-out with over 600 exhibiting companies, over 25,000 visitors and an astounding £150M worth of business.
SolidCAM UK will be exhibiting from Stand 640, situated in Hall 17, demonstrating its full ‘best-in-class’ CAD/CAM suite for Milling, Turning and Advanced Mill-Turn, with single-window integration and full associativity to the SOLIDWORKS design model. Live cutting using SolidCAM’s unique, patented and revolutionary iMachining technology, will be demonstrated on a CNC machine kindly supplied by their partner Romi Machines UK Ltd, so visitors can see for themselves the productivity gains that the unique module can bring.
SolidCAM’s iMachining technology saves 70% and more in CNC machining time, and extends tool life dramatically. The iMachining Technology Wizard provides a reliable partner, automatically determining speeds and feeds and other machining parameters. iMachining provides unprecedented savings and increased efficiency for CNC milling operations, translating into profits and success. All of SolidCAM’s customers worldwide, who have invested in iMachining, are enjoying these immense savings!
Gordon Drysdale, Managing Director, says, “We were overwhelmed with the response that we had at MACH 2016; the aisles were literally blocked with visitors to our stand that were wowed at the power of iMachining. Every event, is bigger and even more successful than the last, and we expect MACH 2018 to not disappoint. We make some bold claims about iMachining, and it is beneficial to prove-out the claims to the next generation of users, especially when we have a customer base of high-end manufacturing industries such as aerospace, automotive, medical, mold and die and general sub-contract machining, who use premium and expensive materials, and demand absolute accuracy in production.”
Visitors will have the opportunity to talk with SolidCAM UK’s Certified Application Engineers about the latest version of SolidCAM. Modules include 2.5D Milling, HSS, 3D HSM, Simultaneous 5-Axis Milling, iMachining 2D & 3D, Turning and Advanced Mill-Turn for multi-turret and multi-spindle machines, as well as Solid Probe module.
SolidCAM, which has the Certified Gold Product status from SolidWorks since 2013, continues to push the CAM boundaries and its engineers are looking forward to talking to existing SolidCAM customers and welcoming the future users, helping them all to advance their manufacturing processes, and take them to an entirely new level of CNC performance.
